I communicated with Paige I confirmed that I wanted to buy this car (Volvo). Having been unable to find my log book we discussed my being picked up by Paige at Taunton station tomorrow. Saturday 29th Nov. ‘25 I immediately bought my train fare for that date Today Irang the dealership and spoke James to discuss the length of the MOT and the condition of the tyres James said he would ring me back with the information requested He rang me back at around 4.45pm today, not with the information discussed but to tell me the car had been sold. Apologies will not suffice I am furious at your lack of communication between your sales people I await your response

First impressions of the car lot was we had turned up to the wrong place. The lot looked like a breakers yard not a car sale where you would willingly purchase a car from. No really interest was shown in selling the car to us and when we highlighted faults with the car the response was very negative towards us. The car was know where near the condition you would expect for a car of the said mileage especially on the body work and definitely not for price the car was up for sale. The interior on the other hand was. All in all very disappointed with the car the service and the car sales lot

My experience at Howards car sale i have to say was second too none, all staff were polite courteous and most helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again, my whole transaction was perfect.

Bret went above and beyond to sort the car out for us, he was very punctual, informative and really honest, about the cars history etc.we really wanted an automatic.sadly the focus wasn’t for us, nice car though and we will deal with him again.
