Very disappointing experience with this car dealership. I had booked an appointment to view a specific car and drove nearly two hours in the rain to get there. However, upon arrival I was told that the car had already been sold two hours earlier, despite my confirmed viewing appointment. What made the situation worse was the completely unprofessional attitude of the manager, Jay. He showed little interest in what had happened and did not seem to care that I had travelled such a long distance unnecessarily. There was no proper apology or attempt to offer an alternative solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a car is sold before a scheduled viewing, the least a company should do is inform the customer beforehand rather than letting them waste time and fuel travelling. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would recommend others think twice before booking a viewing here.
