James was always polite, welcoming and attentive. The car was well presented and time had obviously been spent getting it ready for sale. When we went for the viewing there were some minor issues with the car that James undertook to have fixed if we were to purchase it. We did purchase the car and those items had been addressed when we returned a week later to collect it. Collection was smooth and hassle free...James had everything prepared and we were away in 25 minutes or so...most of which was my settling into the car for the journey home. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.
