My first experience with Motorama is not a good one I’m afraid. I contacted them through the car gurus website as Motorama wren advertising a BMW X5 awaiting preparation and as no pictures were shown I asked for more details including pictures. The reply I received read “ thank you for your interest in our X5 please call to arrange a viewing” . So my opinion of this dealer is that they really are only interested in unloading their stick and not me as a customer and so I won’t be buying anything from them now or in the future.

Highly professional and extremely helpful in enabling me to make a decision. Willing to both divulge all information and meet additional requests. A very impressive customer experience.

Sales guys were great to deal with. Communication was good and the description of the listing accurate. Car got sold while I was thinking about the purchase. I’d definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a car.
