I was really interested in the ford ranger and contacted the dealer we discussed my trade in , and Brandon told me he’d be back in touch asap , never heard from him , contacted the dealer again and still no response, then I was contacted 2 days later by Brandon to tell me the ranger was reserved, I was very disappointed very very poor customer service

Lovely showroom and friendly staff. After a long wait (luckily I had extra time on this morning) and a test drive, I was offered a very poor trade in price, £2.5k under car value. Received a phone call next day to say an error had been made and their offer was too low. Not impressed with this dealership and would not recommend. Alternative dealership offered a fair trade in price on same day.

Enjoyable experience. Nice dealership to do business with, car was ready, clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. A small discrepancy which was unnoticed until being valeted was pointed out to us and they were more than willing to address the issue. Excellent! Ewan our salesman had everything at hand ready for hand over, explained all that we needed to know, brilliant experience over all. We would certainly use this dealership again, as well as recommend to others. Loraine.

After looking around for a replacement car and coming across some ‘interesting’ characters, and cars that struggled to match their description, dealing with Isaac was like a breath of fresh air ! The car was exactly as described and I am very happy with it. Isaac himself was very responsive to any messages, he wasn’t pushy and obviously takes pride in his business. I would definitely recommend anyone to him.
