Dealer wouldn’t let me test drive the car until I committed that I wanted to buy it but how could I commit to a 2nd hand car that I hadn’t test driven before was very strange.

Great customer service. The cars I enquired about were ready when I arrived and I was able to look around them at my leisure. I was told I could test drive as many as I wanted to. The sales staff were friendly and accommodating and made the experience very easy. I ended up buying the Skoda Fabia from them.
