Excellent friendly service, very understanding on ability to get to site due to working overseas, Van was in showroom condition and ready to drive away if tax/ insurance was sorted. Definitely recommend quality of vehicles at site, if you see something you like just buy it instead of wasting time arranging viewing- won't be disappointed. The car looks OK but the tow arm is missing and the parcel shelf is missing

Not very helpful. Was working on his own and said Sunday would close at 2:00 but advertised 4:00 on website. Rang numerous times finally got through and then the px given was v low. Felt like dealership was not interested in selling to me. Not a nice experience.

Michael was super friendly, the car hadn’t been photographed when I contacted Wallace and he kindly took a very detailed walk around video for me. Car wasn’t quite right - but can’t knock the service from Michael!

Great customer service. The cars I enquired about were ready when I arrived and I was able to look around them at my leisure. I was told I could test drive as many as I wanted to. The sales staff were friendly and accommodating and made the experience very easy. I ended up buying the Skoda Fabia from them.

I conferred on line only. The vehicle was a decent buy, however, due to the fact that I couldn't travel to see it the cost of delivery added too much to the cost.
