Initially good had a conversation with manager after a deposit slight disagreement with price couldn't go through illness still waiting on refundable deposit a week later. Puts me off dealing with them again.

A really good salesman who gave all details and pitched his encouragement just right. Called back exactly as asked and tried hard for the sale without being offensively pushy.
