Great service even through there were issues with the car, but all issues resolved no fuss , all round very happy with car and garage.

James was always polite, welcoming and attentive. The car was well presented and time had obviously been spent getting it ready for sale. When we went for the viewing there were some minor issues with the car that James undertook to have fixed if we were to purchase it. We did purchase the car and those items had been addressed when we returned a week later to collect it. Collection was smooth and hassle free...James had everything prepared and we were away in 25 minutes or so...most of which was my settling into the car for the journey home. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.

An absolute dire experience from the beginning! I informed them I wished to test drive the car the day before. The vehicle was wedged in with other vehicles when I turned up. Had a look over the car. Had to top up the radiator myself. No assistance from dodgy staff members. Over 90 minutes to get it out from the car lot .Basically it looked like a scrap yard. After my initial look over. I ran the car outside their depot for over 60 minutes sorting insurance out. Then driving the car home - 15 minutes from them I reached the M1. The engine failed. Contacted them multiple times.They said a recovery vehicle was inbound. It was not! Many hours later stuck on M1. After calls. They hung up then blocked me and others trying to sort this out. I got home eventually from persons helping me. They are Cowboy traders .Very suspect. Avoid at all costs! Trading standards are now involved. It is not an isolated incident.
