I asked for a more detailed video as I'm unable to test drive and never received one

Unfortunately enquired about this car 3 weeks ago again as could bring our payments up to pay pcp, but no call back, enquired today was told will be called back but nothing. I would recommend mercedes of Epsom I spoke with them 2 weeks ago they will call you back and try to find you what your looking for.

It was a pleasant experience for me and my family. we were welcome and treated like proper customers. I will definitely encourage friends and family to patronise them

Immediately on arrival I was greeted by a member of the showroom staff and offered refreshment. I was shown the car and on my request I was taken for an informative test drive. It was only when I tried to sit in the drivers seat did the problem arise of being unable to comfortably fit in and exit the vehicle, without difficulty. I am 6’ 1” of very large build and mobility restriction. I cannot fault the car, it’s my problem. We did look at a larger GLE model but these were out of my price range. I did receive a call a week later enquiring if they could assist further, but by then I was in the process of purchasing a newer Nissan Qashqui to the one I was replacing. I cannot fault my experience with the Mercedes dealership in Ipswich.
