Not sure about the colour, the price was high, quality was good the rear sensors was not available, and I asked for an estimate for my trade in + -, was not given

We arrived at the lancaster branch to view a couple of cars. The first being a vauxhall adam. We wernt able to test drive it as it had no petrol which didnt help. We were told any car under 4k didnt have any warranty and was sold as seen. I wasnt prepared to take a car that i couldnt even test drive. The second car we tried to view was a citreon c1. we were given the key and left to find the car ourselves. We couldnt locate it. We asked a staff member and he too walked around and couldnt find it, He eventually said it might be out as a courtsey car. It concerned me that he had no idea where the vehicle was and had a real lack of any clue. We left and didnt return

The experience was excellent from start to finish. DSG contacted me within one day they dealer wasn't pushy. The listing was accurate on the condition of the vehicle. The car was spotless couldn't fault it the car was set up to go on a test drive.The dealer had a good route set out for the test drive. On return we were asked if we would like a coffee by the dealer Adam he was friendly and well organised. Overall DSG were good to buy from with a excellent after service. I would recommend DSG Morecambe to my friends and family if and when they require a vehicle.

The car sold before I could travel to view as with most dealers there was only a 48hr holding deposit( refundable).
