Vehicle sold but still made time to tell me

Good but not for me

They couldn’t verify the condition of the battery (essential to me) of the Tesla vehicle, and said they didn’t have the equipment Also to my surprise, they have held onto my deposit for over 14 days now, still no sign of return even after I requested they return it in writing, and they stopped communicating, when previously they replied within a very short time. Obviously struggling for cash flow and using potential customers deposits to keep their business afloat. This is a very poor attitude. Come on guys, do the right thing and return the deposits timely, they is no reason why not
