Contacted twice never got a reply once

very patient with process of my banks performance at processing my payment

They could not even be bothered to reply to my enquiry. The only reason I know it was unavailable- despite being live on the site, was that two days later I got a Car Guru alert telling me it had sold. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. If a potential customer takes time to enquire then take time to respond. Basis this lack of basic respect I can only assume that they would have a similar attitude should you have an issue with a car so therefore I would avoid the company like the plague.

Carl at Prestige Autohaus is an extremely helpful, genuine and friendly guy. Couldn’t do enough to ensure the buying process went as smoothly as possible. I was unable to visit his showroom due to distance and the level of service he went to, completely reassured me. From sending photos, an extremely in depth video walkthrough of the truck and arranging delivery. Carl and his brother Carlos are great people to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Didn't go ahead due to other non financial factors but good experience , will hope to go there if there is a next time.
