James was always polite, welcoming and attentive. The car was well presented and time had obviously been spent getting it ready for sale. When we went for the viewing there were some minor issues with the car that James undertook to have fixed if we were to purchase it. We did purchase the car and those items had been addressed when we returned a week later to collect it. Collection was smooth and hassle free...James had everything prepared and we were away in 25 minutes or so...most of which was my settling into the car for the journey home. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.

Keith and Phil where both really lovely to talk to, Keith was very quick to message back and had great communication over the phone, they let me test drive the car and organised a date for a deposit and pick up, very happy with the car and service, would definitely recommend, thank you
