The staff were really friendly, helpful and weren’t pushy. They had a great selection of cars but some of the condition of cars weren’t what I expected such as ripped seats which was the one area that let my experience down. There were some great cars just over the budget I had set for my second cars overall a great experience

Fiat was falsely advertised, Saying it had full service history when it didn't, Saying it had parking sensors when it didn't. Both of these were mentioned in the main heading to the cars description. I was also told in emails it had this but later when it was obvious it didn't they denied saying it did and back tracked even though we had evidence via email and screen shot! I did get our deposit back which is the only reason I'm giving any stars!

Hi, the experience I had with this company was decent, I would say, but nowhere near great. I went there to purchase a car, which I paid for in cash. We were assisted by a sales agent whom I told exactly what we wanted to buy, but before the transaction was completed, we were somehow pushed into purchasing two additional packages: one for insurance and another for ceramic coating, which they were supposed to apply to the car before collection. The disappointment came when, despite paying for the coating package, I found the complete application kit inside the car, without the coating actually being applied as promised. They certainly do not offer the best customer service, but the price of the car was fair.
