I viewed a Toyota Proace. It was very noisy in the cabin. All of the internal padding rattled. I thought I could maybe sort that out by spending a bit of money on it so I made an offer on the vehicle. They said there was absolutely no wiggle room on the price so I declined to buy. Not a bad experience, staff were friendly and didn’t do the pushy car sales stuff.

The dealership were very helpfull, the car was clean very well presented friendly staff no rush to make a deal overall a good experience

When they delivered the car it was quite dirty externally and needed a good wash. The car was very late arriving on the day of delivery. Handover could have been more professional as I dealt with the delivery driver. It was getting dark when they arrived at my house. Explanation of car workings was not ideal.

Poor business practices put deposit down to reserve the car then went into dealership spent 2 hours trying to find alternatives and then at the end told me they had sold to someone else
