I live in kingston and have arthritis so don't travel much.i asked for the vehicle to be delivered but he wanted50 percent deposit but I couldn't do that.i would have to see the vehicle.he was very polite and said he couldn't do it without the deposit.dont blame him but I had the cash ready for a sale. No problem though ,I'm still looking

Dealer agreed to do bodywork on van. Told it was all done but it hasn’t been when vehicle arrived at my house. Did agree a £200 deduction but to do the work that hasn’t been done is going to cost way over that. Advertised as having full service history and said he would bring the service history when van was delivered but didn’t. Expected me to accept a handwritten invoice from him stating the service was done. Then agreed I would withold £500 until service history was produced. Sent me a handwritten invoice stamped by a garage which is now closed, phone number no longer in use and been struck off according to companies house. Found out from Vauxhall what they claim was done for the second service is not what should have been done. Second service is a major service. Free AA breakdown that came with van does not cover commercial vehicles and i was given no proof 3 month warranty that I was told I would be given.Dealer has not stop harassed me via calls and texts demanding his £500.

Could not or would not fulfill their own warranty. Expected me to go and gather quotes for remedial work before they authorised said work, thus wasting my time and petrol.. Eventually agreed to take the car back and refund me.
