The owner was fairly quick at responding to my questions most of the time. There were a few issues with the car when we went to collect it which he hadn't made us aware of, but he did give us options to get them sorted. There was an issue with the tax as well which meant it had to be sorted through post office, although he sorted this for us it meant could only pay 6 months or a year upfront rather than monthly. This, although not a major problem, would have been nice to know in advance. All in all went fairly smoothly, but the communication could have been better.

Ben responded said they were still waiting for car to arrive, a week or so later after a contacted them again, was told that they were waiting for wheels to be refurbished, about a another week /10days Ben contacted me again stating the had arrived and was being prepared and some photo'sshould be available the following day, in the 21+days of waiting ,i decided to pay a bit more and get a newer vehicle
