Amazing customer service from start to finish.

We had an appointment and highlighted a few cars we were interested in, I had highlighted my main choice. They said we could test drive 2. When we arrived the car wasn’t ready for test driving, flat tyres and parked in an awkward spot, so multiple cars had to be moved before driving. They were very helpful and friendly but the appointment ran way over due to all this messing about and we didn’t have time and needed to leave before finalising the discussion. For the price. I would have expected the work to have been done, fixing paint work etc before coming to view it. Still needing these repairs made it difficult to evaluate. Plus it did look like it may. Have had an accident and bodge repairs, but the dealer had no record of this, which I understand cannot always be known by them. Saying this. They were very friendly, I think that we may have been more likely to purchase one if the MOT etc had been in place already.
