I wanted to go and view a few different cars they had in stock, to help me make my decision about what to buy next. They refused to allow me a test drive until I had chosen the car I wanted and out a deposit on it! Surely a test drive is a part of the decision making process? I have subsequently bought a used BMW 7 series from a main dealer, who couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely never go to Auto100 in the future, and would tell all my friends about this.

we couldn’t see the car for seven days because of dealer’s excuses! the mileage was 20,000 NOT 15,000! There is no office, Leon Widdowson has no office where we could see logbook, check engine number etc. He said he would return our £200 reserve fee, but to date has not! Car is S category.
