I accepted messages and emails but got a call when I was busy. Then I made an appointment to see the car 2 weeks later and his attitude was not good.

I was offered £15,150,00 for my Audi. this meant I should have got £1750.00 in cash back for my Audi. But the person who delivered the VW Beetle contacted the dealer to state there was more damage to my car than I had stated to the dealer. costing me a further £600.00.this was said to me by the dealer. I accepted this on the morning of the call. I asked Shelden to get back to me with written details of the costs he said he would do this but he has not done so!

Dealer Called and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and reassured when purchasing the car from them. Had plenty of similar cars in stock they all looked very clean and was a pleasant chap to deal with
