I was contacted by Dacia and shown a Video about a Dacia car one owner with 6.000miles I was asked to visit site to view the Dacia I visited site that day down in Stoke I was encouraged by the promise of a test drive. All thathappened was that filled out a form for me to Sinmit to Dacia, no test drive no meeting with any o ty her person only Callum a sales guy. I had driven down from South Yorkshire only to be told they could raise the money and I returned home to Rotherham. Totally dissatisfied either whole afternoon.

The follow up to get in touch of me to talk about the vehicle was amazing though I couldn’t respond due some circumstances beyond my control. I will get back with them very soon.

Friendly staff, was shown the car but unable to test drive until it had been seen by mechanics. Arranged to pay deposit so we had first refusal. Went back once it had passed all checks for a test drive. For some reason the original mats had been taken out and not replaced, this issue is being resolved as we purchased the vehicle providing they were replaced.

Good communication. Decided not to proceed with purchase.
