Very friendly, and professional service. No hard sell. Excellent hand over of new car, spent time going through controls etc.

I requested a time to go see the vehicle, they told not an issue I could come today and take a look, 5 minutes later as I am going out the door to view, salesman said they had to hire the car out to a customer , I said it’s normal to give them a used fiesta or something isn’t it, he replied that’s all they had. I said when will the Lexus be returned and he said he didn’t know. I told him to ring me when it’s ok to view, that was 5 days ago . 2 out of 10
