The overall customer service is impressive.

Having had some communication with the dealership via CarGuru’s I was told they have a number of cars based on my preferences and a visit to the dealership would be beneficial. I made the hour and a half journey to visit the dealership and was barely acknowledged! When I tried to speak to one of the salesmen to explain I had enquired online about certain cars, I was basically waved away and told to go and find the car I was interested in and they’d then get the car out! The cars are kept in an unmade industrial estate, covered in a thick layer of dust with no prices. All cars are tightly parked with little room to walk around and inspect them. When I couldn’t find any of the cars I was interested in and no one was prepared to assist, I decided to leave after 25mins. Awful experience and absolute waste of time!

First class service from a great guy named Paul, No pushy sales and very helpful. All in all a fantastic dealership and I now own a beautiful van that was very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend this dealer.
