Viewing arranged quickly (we had an hour+ journey). The dealer explained that the car was a Category S (insurance write-off but repaired) and that was why it was a good price. He explained what this meant. We had a short drive in the car and he explained there were a couple of small things to fix. We paid a deposit and he contacted us a week or so later to say the car had been fixed and was ready to collect. All paperwork was in order and we paid the balance and drove it home. All good. Lovely little car, great to drive. We will only use it for short local journeys so its history is not a game changer for us. Very good experience overall.
