Not the most helpful of Dealerships by way of supplying info. requested by email. Asked about the possibility of a price adjustment but I was ignored. Also was told car had four previous owners whereas I believe it has three according to MyCarCheck etc. The condition of the stitching on the drivers seat coming adrift was dealt with as 'just wear and tear' or words to that effect. Something not quite right here and their tone of their messages needs softening. We are the customers - or could have been - which should not be forgotten. The worst mistake is to rest on your laurels.

Could not answer basic questions. Then told the car was being used for a sales team member and they were on holiday so not able to view. Supposed to contact on return from holiday but no one called. Had to call back as car kept coming up for sale in emails from car gurus…..then told the car had viewings..this went on for 3 weeks so car was being reserved. Then car gets SORN then re taxed 1st November so assumed sold. Then the car comes back on car gurus emails for sale….something seriously fishy about this company
