Had a call about the Audi, after I made an enquiry, asked several questions, all were answered. Asked if a fresh MOT would be on the car if I purchased, they agreed, so I put down a deposit, and had the car delivered to me on the 1st June 2026. Only things I needed to do was, pay for it upon arrival, tax and insure it, fill it up, and I did put 2 new front tyres on it, as they were flagged up as advisories in the MOT. Have since given it a wash, polish and wax, and it looks like new. More than pleased with the car and the dealership.

I found the staff rude and unhelpful, the advert said free delivery within 150 miles it wasn't mentioned in the ad that it was a trade sale and cost us a extra 150 for delivery. Then the fob was faulty we didn't find out until we went out in the vehicle, and went to open the van and it would not open we had to have a recovery and controlled break in and had to get a complete new key which cost another 150. I rang to see if there was a spare key and was told no and when I explained why the person said ,",it is what it is you get what you pay for" then they hung up. It wasn't mentioned that the driver side lock didn't work or that the vehicle had damage from a break in.
