Follow up telephone call regarding my query and also a video of the vehicle sent to me. So well supplied with all necessary information readily made to me; problem for me I've yet to sell my own car!!

Bristol Street Motors Skoda, Derby were extremely helpful on the day with salesman Peter Devonshire dealing with all the requirements & explaining the paperwork. Added options on the day included Diamond Brite protection for the car and 2 year Motor Assured Warranty with AA cover. Before my son and I left the dealership we were introduced to Andrew Cutts, Sales Manager which turned out to be fortuitous. On returning home the car was being problematic with the automatic handbrake and the clutch pedal failed on the 4th day where I needed to call the AA for assistance on a Public Holiday Monday! Sales manager Andy was great and was authorised mo take the vehicle to the nearest VW Dealership because there wasn't a Vertu Motors agent near Aberdeen: In any event, he knew I would be covered by the Motor Assured Warranty. I found Vertu Motors Customer Services and their Group Customer Services Manager, David Spoors to be extremely helpful their approach to ensuring all problems were resolved.
