I had a really easy and pleasant experience with Anzor Autos (sadly, I forget the guys name there!). They phoned me the same day after I contacted them to enquire about the car, which I ended up buying from them. The car was exactly as described on CarGurus and in perfect condition inside and out. They were friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process (I went there twice and spoke to them on the phone). I would highly recommend them, don't be put off by the small dealership, you could see they took pride and care of the vehicles in their possession.

Worste experiance ever , reporting them to trading standards for the way i was treated . I would not buy a car from them with free money never mind my money . For more info , I decided to buy the merc and we did a deal at £10500. Inc delivery to me , the next day after paying deposit reserving the car etc , they decided that the car had been wrongly priced and they could not deliver to me this far from thier garage , I took screen shots of the deal they sent me saying the price etc but they still just wanted me to take back my deoosit , So i did take back my deposit and reported them to trading standards as to why i can have a deal on text messages and whats up , but they still reneged on any deal , so to give any other rating to them would be impossible for me , I have purchased a car from another dealer and being delivered to me today .Oh and they did send me a whats up on Sunday offering me the car if i was still interested which i have also kept for trading standards benefit .
