Matt from T C Autos was brilliant from start to the day he delivered the car

I phoned the dealer on the Saturday to ask for photos of the rear arches, he replied, we're closed now, but I'll phone you first thing Monday morning and then send you the photos, Monday came and no phone call or photos, so I rang them, they reply, I'm driving at the moment but I'll ring you when I'm back, 3 hours later, no phone call, so I called them, but no answer, 5 minutes later they phoned me back, saying I've got to be honest, we have someone coming to see the car from london, he'll be here about 2pm, no deposit, just coming to look at it, and there was me phoning to buy it, anyway, basically the garage tried to keep me hanging incase he didn't buy it, why they didn't just say someone's coming to see it to be first thing is beyond me! Just be professional and honest!!!... its not hard.
