I recently purchased a car from this dealer and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. I also checked the service paperwork and while it shows a full service in September 21.09.25, there are no details about the timing belt or water pump being replaced. The contact number on the invoice doesn’t work, and the address listed appears to be permanently closed, making it impossible to verify the service history. Buton Autos was dissolved 26 December 2023, so brings into question the validity of the invoice I received. When agreeing the deal, a 3-month warranty was included, and delivery was part of the agreed price. After the sale, I was told the warranty was no longer included unless I paid an additional £81, which contradicts the original agreement. Changing terms after the deal was completed is unprofessional and has left me very disappointed. Overall, the lack of transparency and failure to honour agreed conditions means I can't recommend this dealer based on my experience

Booked a test drive but was informed that the car had been pre- booked only 18 hours before my test-drive.

From the time of our enquiry to TC Harrison, visiting to view the car and meeting Phil the technical salesman who arranged a trial run, we were delighted to purchase it. Phil then completed the business in a professional way and we were quite happy with the arrangements. We would recommend TC Harrison.

Told me they would ring back never did

Initially good, we travelled 30 miles to get the car. Unfortunately it broke down 5 miles after we left the forecourt on a dual carriageway in an unknown area. The dealer refused a refund at the time, organised a tow truck and we were left without a car and the money. As I only had one mobile number and no other means to contact , I messaged that I was exercising my rights to refuse the car and didn't hear anything back so we had to write to them. Out of the blue I get a call asking for bank details for the refund. This was done as promised on the same day. These things happen but when refusing a refund then being asked "do you want me to send a tow truck?" when stuck on a 70mph road at dusk shows little empathy to the customer. Thankfully it's now sorted and we have purchased a new car elsewhere.
