I had a very limited relationship with this dealership. Unfortunately the car I was interested in had been sold I was invited to see if I was interested in any other vehicle . There is a Kia Picanto that looks promising . I have as yet not followed up on this

Could not or would not fulfill their own warranty. Expected me to go and gather quotes for remedial work before they authorised said work, thus wasting my time and petrol.. Eventually agreed to take the car back and refund me.

Went a long way out of my way to go and visit dodoz. I was there for no more than 5 minutes. There was so much oil in the coolant it would have been obvious to anyone there was a fault with the head gasket. Even if this hadn’t been the case there was a lack of care / attention to vehicles as there was rubbish inside and none of the fluids had been topped up and were all low.

I live in kingston and have arthritis so don't travel much.i asked for the vehicle to be delivered but he wanted50 percent deposit but I couldn't do that.i would have to see the vehicle.he was very polite and said he couldn't do it without the deposit.dont blame him but I had the cash ready for a sale. No problem though ,I'm still looking
