We had a brief discussion but I never got a callback to to view as there was a technical hitch ie visual (Audi) did not match the Aston details ). No follow-up or apology.

Not good as I ask about a mini bus they had for sale but they kept sending me pictures of vans

’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Berkeley performance. I personally spoke to a member of the sales team who was initially very helpful and assured me that he or someone else would call me back within 30 minutes after they valued my current Mercedes plan. However, it has now been over a week, and I have received no contact or update. Even if they had informed me that the valuation wasn’t worthwhile for them, it would have demonstrated some level of professionalism. Communication goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. Had they done even this small courtesy, I would have rated them 5 stars.
