Initially ok me gave disclosures about issues the car. But when I offered a lower price given the car would likely need work and hadn’t been serviced for 30 - 40k miles the garage rep sent me rude, sarcastic text messages on the basis that I had asked a lot of (fair) questions about the condition of the car, as it was almost twenty years old. I do wear big boy pants and no one’s feelings got hurt, and maybe the guy was just having a bad day (y’know no one knows what people are going through). If anything it made me laugh but still - I dunno if it was his finest moment.
