Amazing! I live at the other end of the country from where this garage is based and wasn't able to test drive the car. I asked for a video presentation which I promptly received. A couple of marks were found on the car during the presentation and I was assured they would be repaired which they were. The car was also serviced and VW parts were used which were verified by the receipt.The car was brought up from Dorset to North of Inverness by Serhat, who I'd been dealing with through whatsapp. He kept me up to date with his journey. The car had been valeted and he went round the car pointing out where the marks had been sorted and left the touch up paint with me. I then had a test drive in my home town and was happy with the car. From start to finish it was a painless process and even though it did say on the app the car could be delivered to me I honestly didn't think it would happen. I am delighted with the car, and the service and courtesy I received was outstanding. Thank you.
