Initially very good but then things took a downward turn when it came to my trade in.Promised to get back to me within a day,eight days later before they replied with an insulting offer for my car almost five thousand pounds less than Webuyanycar and we all know how bad they are.Iv come to the conclusion(naively)that the majority of car dealers are more interested in profit than people and Capitol VW are right at the top of that tree.

We actually went to view a different E-up at Mon motors which was very poorly prepared. The mouldy carpets didn’t inspire us to buy it alas!!! As we had arranged an appointment to go and view it, they might have made an effort to make it look nice.
