lovely sales person,i asked if the vehicle wes into the 40 k tax bracket,she went to ask and it was,am loathed to pay this figure for 5 years so thanked her and said i would look for something in the sub 40k bracket,pity as that was the price i want to pay Thank you

All good but the only problem was the phone number took about 6 different people to get to the garage in Leeds that had the car could have found the phone number myself quicker

I was told on 2 occasions that the car I wanted was awd and that is what I wanted. They delivered the car and that is when I was told it was in fact front-wheel drive so a very disappointing experience. I had to get them to take It back and return mine to me. I asked for some kind of compensation as I had cancelled my insurance on my old car and taken out new insurance which meant I now had to re insure my car which cost me way more than I originally paid, not only, that it was stressful and a hassle I could do without. I was told no but they would give me a good deal on another car, if and when one became available, so no help whatsoever Needless to say I wouldn't buy another car from them they obviously don't care about customer service, all they want is your money which they are quick enough to take of course.
