Great guy, quality vehicles, no hard sell

Very poor - I will never contact this dealer or any other Drive Direct branch again. I made contact with the dealer and a date was arranged to view the vehicle. There were no photos and I was sent a video of it. I then changed my work shifts in order to get the time off to attend the dealer who was 55 minutes to an hour away from me. On the day I was going to view the vehicle, I received a phone call telling me somebody else had seen it and was talking about getting the required finance together. When I said it was pointless me driving for an hour to be told the car the car I had been sold, I was told not to be hasty and the dealer would contact me in again in half an hour when this other party had decided what to do. When I again expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that they didn't have to contact me back and that a forecourt customer took presidence. I awaited a further phone call an hour later. By this time I had enough as I had felt the treatment discusting

Even though we had an appointment, they e mailed to say the car was now sold.
