Car supposedly had a brand new mot but the engine management light was on and there was water ingress around the o/s/r door and mould on the sun visors showing that significant damp had been present in the car. Would not recommend this car or dealer.

First time I’ve bought a vehicle through CarGuru, found this vehicle advertised “in prep” by The Van Centre on this website. From first point of contact with Kyle through to collecting the vehicle 330 miles away it was exactly as described. He sent me photos and videos too. Replacement bush on the rear was a Nov 25 MOT advisory, both were replaced, and also a new battery just before pickup. The high level of customer service provided from start to finish was exceptional, and I would highly recommend The Van Centre in Cwmbran to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them.

was to phone back next day to arrange the van never even had the decency to do that ,when i phoned his first words were can you hold on ive got another call so he put on someone else and arranged to call next day keep well clear

The dealer responded instantly. Picked us up from the station and we test drove the car. We bought it immediately. Just the car we wanted which was in very good condition for its age. All the paperwork was in order. A very simple and perfect experience. I will be contacting them first when I need another car. Thank you!

Can't praise Adam and Chris enough, only just bought the car but was guaranteed any problems within three months and they will sought it, would recommend Springdale car sales to everyone
