They’ve got it 100% right. This is how car dealers should operate. I wish that the car they had was suitable for me because I wanted to buy from them. They were friendly, knowledgable and approachable without being pushy or distracting. The car was exactly as described and presented cleanly. We booked the appointment in advance and the car was put to one side, cleaned and ready for us to inspect and drive. I am disabled and appreciate that the site is level… and not gravel. There is one ramp down into the office. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
