Paid deposit agreed to collection on specific date at different location. Got on a train to meet them, only to get a text to say they couldn't make it at agreed time, wouldn't be leaving for another 3 hours. Took the day off bought a train ticket and all they wanted to do was return the deposit. I worked in the motor trade from 1986 to 2021 in dealerships and if this the way they treat customers I would rescepetfully advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

I didn’t proceed to view the car due to several concerns during the initial enquiry stage. The dealer only accepts cash/card payments and does not work with any form of car finance, which limits options and buyer protections compared to most dealerships. I also noted that they are not VAT registered and not authorised by the FCA, which is unusual and raised questions for me. Communication with the owner via email felt unclear and inconsistent, which didn’t give me confidence to move forward. They also do not offer any way to reserve vehicles, making it difficult to plan or secure a purchase. Based on my experience, I chose not to proceed and would advise others to do their due diligence before committing.
