We travelled 45 minutes from Redbridge to view a car at this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the car I had come to see was being washed and I was simply told to look around the forecourt in the meantime. Afterward, I was handed the keys and told that a test drive would only be possible if I had already decided to purchase the car, which didn’t feel like a customer-friendly approach. I was particularly interested in a VW Golf and a Skoda, but struggled to get any information. While some staff were busy with customers, there were others who did not appear occupied and made no effort to assist, which gave the impression that helping customers was not a priority. Overall, the level of service fell well below expectations and left a negative impression.
