I had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named Aamir. His behaviour throughout the interaction was immature and unprofessional, which made the entire process uncomfortable. Instead of taking my enquiry seriously, he acted in a way that felt mocking and dismissive, leaving me feeling like I wasn’t being treated with basic respect. When considering such an important purchase, I expect clear communication, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. Unfortunately, Aamir’s conduct fell far below that standard. His attitude not only undermined my confidence in him as a salesperson but also reflected poorly on the company as a whole. As a result of this experience, I chose not to proceed with a purchase. I believe customer-facing roles, especially in sales, require a high level of professionalism and respect, and this was simply not demonstrated here. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability moving forward.

The car dealer wrote a very helpful letter. He also made me aware that he could bring the car to me. I did drive a 2016 model and decided it wasn't for me.
