Good didn't bye car but good communication and very helpful

Took some time before staff noticed i was waiting even tho I booked a viewing when I was seen the 3 staff I dealt with were very nice the person who I bought the car off was great but im not a fan of being over sold on extras im ok with people saying this is the cost but we have theses add ons if you are interested there's a big difference there the lady that did my paperwork was fast no messing got it sorted as for the car there are some small things like a missing clip on parcel shelf missing and no manual little things that I wasn't told about nothing that would of stopped me buying it. Overall good place.

I enquired through cargurus and had a email it's still available, I sent numerous photos to them but they didn't seem interested and no email to say yes or no so I've left it in their hands

Told car would be prepped before arrival. Car wasn't clean in or out, battery was lose and rattling around engine, air intake/pipe work and box completely loose also. Car rattling under acceleration possibly due to this. Mechanic who accompanied us on test drive wasn't aware of the car at all and the vehicle had not been inspected despite showing me a video of it being on the ramp. Nobody came out to us upon arrival and car was parked on the curb. This vehicle however was a sub £5000 car and therefore a budget purchase.
