The dealer was very polite and helpful, the only let down was that he didn't have the green slip from the V5, so we were unable to tax the car immediately.

The contact was very late...after I'd left to get to the garage for the time I said I'd be there (first thing in the morning) to view/ buy a car that was advertised as 'For Sale' on their own website and several online platforms. The internet said they opened at 9am... so I arrived just after that. When I arrived, their office window said they opened at 9.30am! Annoying...but I waited (having rearranged our entire morning affecting 3 adults, so that I could have the car to get to the garage in time!)...but, at 9.40am STILL no sign of anyone! I rang the number shown as the contact number on the door... a man answered and casually said, "Oh...we're not coming in this morning!" !!!???!!! And then, when I said why I was there, he casually replied "Oh yeh! _ We sold that a couple of days ago!" :-S I politely but firmly expressed my thoughts on the matter. I would say that this garage should not be relied on.... !!

Car was sold too quickly for me to view but dealer kept me in the loop.

The dealer contacted me very promptly following my enquiry as to whethetr or not I could reserve the car for a week while funds came in. We spoke on the 'phone and he promised to go away and make a video for me. The hours passed and he didn't come back. When I next checked the website, that evening, I couldn't find the listing. I eventually determined the car had actually been SOLD in the meantime - but they didn't even have the courtesy to come back and tell me. So - initial contact - great. But actual customer service - the pits. Sorry...
