Before I arrived I received a call to change my appointment and push back by 30 mins. When I arrived the sales representative I was supposed to meet didn't even come to see me, another sales representative randomly came to deal with me. The car I had to test drive was an demonstrator which was being used by a staff member. The interior was dirty, light oyster seats looked grubby and there was even a spiders web above my wife's head in the back seat...Not Great. After the test drive we saw an identical car just in from London which was waiting to be valeted, we looked at it and opened the boot...low and behold there was a previous price board for the car in the boot showing it at a much cheaper price than being advertised. We asked the sales guy and guess what he said...the car's increase in price may have something to do with the new promotion of £1500 contribution from the dealer. So...they are increasing the price because they are offering a discount. I bit my lip and focused on what deal they were offering for the original car I sw. Onto the discussions re costs.....asked me Why I came to see the car? when they invited me for a Test Drive and it was pretty local and I wanted to experience the car on the road. They spent more time initially trying to sell me sat and car protection polish and insurance policies than landing the final price so I could do some sums. Were'nt really interested in the exact same model cheaper less than 30 miles away as a comparison. By now I lost trust in them and moved on. "
