Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the dealership is legally obligated to ensure that any vehicle offered for sale is in proper and roadworthy condition. By knowingly selling a car in this state, they are in breach of the law.
Already have a Q5 it’s a beautiful drive & has the kind of features that for me makes it an affordable (just) luxury car.
