The dealership is asking the customer to pay for this service, despite it being significantly overdue, this is an act of clear dishonesty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the dealership is legally obligated to ensure that any vehicle offered for sale is in proper and roadworthy condition. By knowingly selling a car in this state, they are in breach of the law.
Already have a Q5 it’s a beautiful drive & has the kind of features that for me makes it an affordable (just) luxury car.
