The 2017 Peugeot Partner represents one of the last-of-the-line examples of the second-generation versions of the French company's popular compact panel van, before it was replaced by the third-generation version in 2018. It shared its mechanicals with the Citroen Berlingo of the day, and both were cased on the same platform as the Citroen C4 and Peugeot 308 family hatchbacks. That meant it drove pretty well for this type of vehicle, and it was comfortable and reasonably refined on the motorway. It was designed to carry loads of up to 850kg, and like with most vans, there was a variety of lengths and cabin layouts on offer.

Well, aside from some slightly different exterior styling and some different badging, the two vehicles are virtually identical, and have the same strengths and weaknesses. So, if you want a Partner but can’t find the right used example, you can buy the Berlingo instead and not lose anything.
