The 2019 Ford Ranger is a tough workhorse, but one that – at least in its plusher trim levels – delivers the same levels of comfort and luxury that you would expect of a premium-badged SUV. Well, almost. It’s got the leather seats and high-end infotainment system and many of the other gadgets you expect in a high-end SUV, but the 2019 Ford Ranger still feels a bit rough and ready to drive (although it’s more polished than most commercial vehicles).
