CARGURUS ANNOUNCES UK'S 2019 TOP-RATED DEALERS

• Almost 10% of dealers on the list achieved an average five-star rating

CarGurus, the fastest growing automotive shopping site in the UK among its nearest competitors*, has revealed the CarGurus UK Top-Rated Dealer award recipients for 2019.

The awards, now in their third year, recognise dealerships that have offered outstanding customer service. The awards are calculated based on thousands of dealer reviews left by car-buyers after contacting a dealer through the CarGurus platform.

This year's awards saw nearly 10% of those dealers achieving an average five-star rating, highlighting the consistently exceptional level of service provided across the industry over the last 12 months.

+ Top-Rated Dealers chosen based on CarGurus star rating system (dealers are rated out of five, one being the lowest score, five being the highest)
+ To be eligible, dealers must be based in the UK, have an average star rating of 4.5 and above and received at least six reviews over the last 12 months
+ Quantity of positive reviews over the last 12 months also taken into account by CarGurus
